Tuna Noodle Casserole

2 cans Tuna
1 bag Egg Noodles, cooked and drained
2 cans Cream of Mushroom Soup
5 Eggs, hard-boiled and diced
1 pkg. Frozen Mixed Vegetables, cooked

Preheat oven to 375 degrees

Mix all ingredients in a casserole dish or cast iron pan.
Heat in oven at 350 degrees until hot all the way through.
This recipe can be modified many ways. You can substitute other cream soups if you don’t like mushrooms. Add sautéed fresh vegetables instead of frozen. Top with crushed potato chips or cheese. You can use canned chicken, salmon or mackerel instead of the tuna. Make it your own!
