1 Onion, diced
Garlic (4 cloves or 1 tsp. dried)
Salt & Pepper to taste
2 Potatoes, washed and diced
4 c. Chicken Broth
1 can Spinach, drained
1 can Asparagus, drained
Add all ingredients EXCEPT the canned vegetables to your slow cooker/crock pot. Cook on high for 4 hrs. or low for 8 hrs.
Add asparagus and spinach.
Serve as is or use a blender until all items are blended into a smooth consistency.
Serve with garlic bread if desired.
*If you don’t have a slow cooker, you can cook on the stovetop for 30 minutes then add canned vegetables.
