1 1/2 c. Rice, cooked
2 c. Milk, divided
1/4 tsp. Salt
2/3 c. Raisins
1 Egg, beaten
2 Tbs. Syrup
1 Tbs. Butter

In medium saucepan, combine rice, 1 1/2 c. milk and salt. Cook for 15 to 20 minutes until thick and creamy, stirring frequently.
Add remaining 1/2 c. milk, raisins, egg and syrup. Continue cooking 2 to 3 minutes, stirring until well blended. Add more syrup to taste.
Remove from heat and stir in butter. Serve warm or cold.
