1/2 head Green Cabbage
2 Tbs. Butter or Margarine
1 Tbs. Mustard
1 Tbs. Apple Cider Vinegar
Spices (optional)
1/4 tsp. Caraway Seeds
Pinch Red Pepper Flakes
Salt & Pepper

Cut sausage lengthwise and then into 1/2” wide pieces. Core and chop
cabbage into rough 1” pieces.
Melt butter in skillet over medium heat
Add desired spices.
Add sausage and cook until browned. (6-8 minutes)
