Children’s Smile Center: Provides preventative and primary dental care for children ages 1-19 and expectant mothers with active Medicaid.

Ozarks Food Harvest – SNAP: Ozarks Food Harvest assists individuals and families with applying for SNAP, or Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program benefits, formerly known as “food stamps.”

Christian County Homeless Alliance: Our focus is to mobilize, advocate and empower community collaboration to foster an effective system of homelessness prevention and intervention.

Lifehouse Crisis Maternity Home & Aftercare Program: Provides safe shelter, food, clothing and comprehensive support for pregnant women and their babies for up to a year following birth.

One Door: One Door assists in maneuvering through those crucial systems by providing a central point of entry for coordinated intake, assessment and referrals for housing and shelter services.

TRANSPORTATION

Medicaid Transportation – 866-269-5927 The purpose of the Non-Emergency Medical Transport program is to ensure transportation to eligible MO HealthNet Division (MHD) fee-for-service and managed care health plan participants who do not have access to free appropriate transportation to and from scheduled -MHD covered services.
