1 can Biscuits
1 pkg. Sausage
1/4 c. Flour
2 1/2 c. Milk
Salt & Pepper
Bake biscuits according to directions on package.
Meanwhile, cook sausage in large skillet over medium heat for 5-6 mins., stirring frequently and breaking up into small pieces. Stir in flour. Gradually add milk; Cook until mixture comes to a boil and thickens, stirring constantly. Reduce heat to low and simmer two minutes, stirring constantly. Add salt & pepper.
Split biscuits and cover with gravy.
