1 pkg. Egg Noodles

1 lb. Ground Beef (or Boston Burger)

1 med. Onion, chopped (or 2 Tbs.

Minced Dried Onion)

1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup

1 can Beef Broth (or make w/Bouillon)

1 tsp. Garlic Powder

2 Tbs. Sour Cream


Cook noodles according to directions on package; while they are cooking, brown beef and onion in skillet; Drain and remove beef and onions from the pan.

In the same pan stir in soup, broth and garlic powder; Heat to a boil.

Remove from heat and stir in the drained beef and onion and sour cream.

Serve over noodles.
