2 –3 lbs. Chicken Thighs
1 tbs. Cooking Oil
1 1/2 tsp. Italian Seasoning
3/4 tsp. Salt
Preheat oven to 400◦

Line a large baking sheet with foil and place all the chicken pieces on it, skin side down.
Sprinkle with seasoning and flip over.
Rub a little oil on the skin of each piece then sprinkle that side with seasonings.
Bake for 1 hour until skin is golden brown and crisp.
