Chicken Pot Pie

1 can Cream of Chicken Soup

1/2 c. Milk

2 ¼ c. Frozen Mixed Vegetables

1 c. Cooked Chicken or Turkey

1 c. Shredded Cheese OR 1 Tablespoon of Flour to thicken if you aren’t adding Cheese

1 can Biscuits

  1. Preheat oven to temperature listed on biscuit package
  2. Stir the soup, milk, vegetables and chicken (and cheese OR flour) together and pour into a 9” cast iron skillet or pie pan.
  3. Arrange biscuits to cover top
  4. Bake until biscuits are browned
