1 pkg. (2-3) Chicken Breasts
1 can Spinach, drained thoroughly
1 c. Onion chopped
2 cans Cream of Mushroom or Cream of Chicken Soup
1 c. Milk
3 tsp. Cooking Oil or Margarine
Salt, Pepper & Garlic to taste
1 pkg. Gnocchi, cooked
Preheat oven to 400◦
In a skillet, cook onions in 1 tsp. oil or margarine for about 2 min.
Rub remaining oil or margarine onto bottom of a baking dish.
Place chicken breast in dish. Add onions. Mix milk, spinach and soups in bowl and pour over all. Cover with lid or foil and bake about 40 min. or until chicken is done.
Prepare gnocchi according to package.
Combine with chicken & sauce from pan.
