1 lb. ground Beef (or Boston Burger)
1 head of Cabbage
1 can of Tomato Sauce
1 onion
2 16 oz. cans Kidney Beans
3 c. Water

In large stock pot, cook hamburger and drain.

Add all other ingredients to pot and stir together.

Simmer for 30 mins.

Add canned carrots (drained and rinsed) for an additional boost of vitamin A!
