2 cans Black Beans (rinsed & drained) 1—2/3 c. Salsa (divided)
10 Flour Tor?llas (8 in.)
2 c. Shredded Cheese (8 oz.)
2/3 c. Sour Cream
In a bowl, mash the beans; Add 1 c. Salsa
Place 5 tor?llas on ungreased baking sheet
Spread with bean/salsa mixture
Sprinkle with cheese
Top with remaining tor?llas
Bake at 350 degrees for 15 to 18 mins. or un?l crisp and heated through.
Cut into wedges and serve topped with remaining salsa and sour cream.
