2 cans Black Beans (rinsed & drained) 1—2/3 c. Salsa (divided)
10 Flour Tor􀀁llas (8 in.)
2 c. Shredded Cheese (8 oz.)
2/3 c. Sour Cream
In a bowl, mash the beans; Add 1 c. Salsa
Place 5 tor􀀁llas on ungreased baking sheet
Spread with bean/salsa mixture
Sprinkle with cheese
Top with remaining tor􀀁llas
Bake at 350 degrees for 15 to 18 mins. or un􀀁l crisp and heated through.
Cut into wedges and serve topped with remaining salsa and sour cream.
