2 cans Black Beans (rinsed & drained) 1—2/3 c. Salsa (divided)
10 Flour Torllas (8 in.)
2 c. Shredded Cheese (8 oz.)
2/3 c. Sour Cream
In a bowl, mash the beans; Add 1 c. Salsa
Place 5 torllas on ungreased baking sheet
Spread with bean/salsa mixture
Sprinkle with cheese
Top with remaining torllas
Bake at 350 degrees for 15 to 18 mins. or unl crisp and heated through.
Cut into wedges and serve topped with remaining salsa and sour cream.
